Liminal Design partners with Quantity Surveyors, Civil/Structural Engineers, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineers, Landscape Consultants, Environmental Specialists and any specialist consultants as is required.

Catherine Sani
Catherine’s work explores architecture as a condition of transition — where history, identity, and contemporary life intersect to shape meaningful space. She has 17+ years experience (22 years including pre professional qualification) on large and small projects in the private and public sector.

An experienced designer and strategic project leader, she brings together conceptual thinking and practical delivery, guiding projects from early ideas through to realised buildings. Having lived across three continents and worked within diverse cultural contexts, Catherine brings a perspective that bridges the Global South and the West. This global experience informs a design approach that is both locally grounded and internationally aware.
Her interests include the relationship between identity and space, the role of architecture in shaping urban narratives, and the reimagining of environments for communities whose stories are often overlooked.
